10.1 betm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if betm reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
10.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, betm may forfeit any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits in your account. Real-money funds that are not subject to forfeiture under these terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.3 You may close your betm account at any time by contacting our live chat support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

11.3 betm operates within the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
12.1 betm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betm will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
